We are excited to announce that Reconstruct are now delivering Adult Social Care and Safeguarding Training to local authorities and a range of multi-agency partners. Over the coming months we will be broadening our adult social care training portfolio and offer and we are seeking experienced freelance trainers to support us with this and join our growing team.
Trainers will require specific knowledge and understanding of current local authority adult safeguarding processes, deprivation of liberty authorisation frameworks and the Mental Capacity Act.
Reconstruct offers training and consultancy nationally to professionals working with children, young people, adults and their families. Our courses are developed and reviewed in partnership with sector experts from our sister company, tri.x who are the market leaders in England for the provision of procedures and information to local authorities. This ensures that course content reflects the needs of our customers and is current within the context of best practice, legislation and research.
Applicants must have well developed communication, facilitation and training skills and be able to provide excellent customer service.
