The Signis group aims to provide those working with vulnerable people with the best information, practice guidance, training and consultancy available. We share our customers’ aspiration to ensure that the services they provide are rooted in evidence-based best practice.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to support our continued growth and further increase customer support within tri.x, a market leader in the production of information, procedures and web-enabled solutions.

Over 200 local authorities, safeguarding boards, independent providers and national agencies have commissioned us to develop their procedures manual and subsequently keep them up to date.

Social Care Procedures – Senior Lead Consultant

£34,000 - £36,000, 37 hours per week. Permanent

We offer a very competitive remuneration package, including 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 36 days with length of service.

Based at our Coventry office, with flexibility to also work from home.

We are seeking an experienced professional, with recent experience of working in a supervisory / team leader position and with knowledge and understanding of social care practice, this also includes sound knowledge of social care legislation and a commitment to good practice. You will be responsible for working with customers in both the children's and adult sectors to develop and maintain their procedures manuals.

You will be required to undertake a number of supervisory duties of lead consultants as well as work directly with customers.
